Currently serving as Advisor for Strategic Affairs at Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he leverages his extensive experience and global network to shape foreign policy and foster international cooperation. Prior to his current role, Dr. Al Khalafalla held leadership positions at prominent organizations. As President of American Global Consulting (AGC), he forged strong relationships with key figures in the Middle East and Africa, facilitating economic and political partnerships with the United States. His tenure as CEO and President of the Bahrain American Council allowed him to engage with policymakers in Washington, contributing to the strengthening of bilateral ties. With a deep understanding of both the Middle East and the United States, Dr. Al Khalafalla has played a pivotal role in fostering cross-cultural dialogue and strategic initiatives. His experience includes organizing and participating in numerous US Congressional delegations to the Middle East and Africa, demonstrating his commitment to building bridges and promoting mutual understanding.
James originates from the UK and spent the early part of his career working in the City of London. In 2005 he moved to the UAE and for over 15 years has played an integral role within the Dubai business landscape. Throughout his time in the region, he has been instrumental in supporting the growth and development of numerous local and international organizations. He has developed a wide spectrum of clients and relationships that span across many markets and industry sectors, and throughout this time has provided a variety of services such as business consultancy, strategy planning, business development, leadership coaching and marketing & communications. James also spent many years living in Israel, where he learnt much about the country, its people and their culture. Now that relations between the UAE and Israel have greatly improved, James is well positioned to share his unique knowledge and experience of both countries in order to help build bridges that will ultimately lead to creating new opportunities and successful outcomes.
As Vice President of Global Services, Karim leads all divisions of operations, business development, finance and services in the company. He is specialized in Real estate Investment consultancy and technology, PropTech in particular. Karim is an entrepreneur that founded his first business at the age of 19 and now at age of 28 is a VP in American Global Consultancy, and he is also a board member in various startups and companies influencing its growth and leadership. Karim earned a Master’s Degree in international Business Administration from the Swiss Business School in 2015.

Chithra Bahuleyan is working as the Sales Team Leader in AGC- Education. She completed her Bachelor's degree in English language and literature. She has also earned Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications and a Diploma in Maria Montessori Teacher Training. Chithra has a work experience of more than 15 years in various sectors in India, Qatar, and Bahrain. She is passionate about her sales and marketing career and is good at customer relations and satisfaction.
