Jason Carmichael

Jason Carmichael earned a degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Capilano University in North Vancouver British Columbia in 2001. Prior to joining American Global Consulting Group, Jason spent almost 15 years working for a Fortune 500 Company in various key positions, driving growth through Technology implementations, Industrial Engineering best practices and Business Development. As a Regional Manager for the GCC, he managed and setup new entities, joint ventures and authorized service contractors in the region. He played an essential role in negotiating partnership agreements and consulting for operational and business development functions. Implemented successful PR strategies and campaigns to increase market share. All the while building positive relationships with stakeholders, media and the public.

James Khoury

James originates from the UK and spent the early part of his career working in the City of London. In 2005 he moved to the UAE and for over 15 years has played an integral role within the Dubai business landscape. Throughout his time in the region, he has been instrumental in supporting the growth and development of numerous local and international organizations. He has developed a wide spectrum of clients and relationships that span across many markets and industry sectors, and throughout this time has provided a variety of services such as business consultancy, strategy planning, business development, leadership coaching and marketing & communications. James also spent many years living in Israel, where he learnt much about the country, its people and their culture. Now that relations between the UAE and Israel have greatly improved, James is well positioned to share his unique knowledge and experience of both countries in order to help build bridges that will ultimately lead to creating new opportunities and successful outcomes.

Karim Yazji

As Vice President of Global Services, Karim leads all divisions of operations, business development, finance and services in the company. He is specialized in Real estate Investment consultancy and technology, PropTech in particular. Karim is an entrepreneur that founded his first business at the age of 19 and now at age of 28 is a VP in American Global Consultancy, and he is also a board member in various startups and companies influencing its growth and leadership. Karim earned a Master’s Degree in international Business Administration from the Swiss Business School in 2015.

Maria Rosario Racoma

Maria finished Bachelor of Arts majors in English and Mass Communication graduating as one of the Most Outstanding Students in 2000. After finishing her degree, she immediately pursued her master’s degree in teaching (MAT) which she completed in 2005 at the University of Northern Philippines. Recently, she was invited by her Alma Mater to address its graduates of Laboratory Schools as Commencement Speaker and was also awarded as the Most Outstanding Alumna for 2023. Coming from a family of educators, Maria believes that education, combined with perseverance, are just a few of so many possibilities to make life the most enjoyable. She has a wide array of experiences in the fields of campus media, teaching, and administrative functions in the Philippines and in Bahrain. Prior to joining AGC, Maria served as a DJ, office assistant, instructor, personal assistant, senior document controller, and compliance officer totaling 24 years of vast experiences. Maria has been based in Bahrain together with her husband and their two (2) beautiful children since 2006.

Chithra Bahuleyan

Chithra Bahuleyan is working as the Sales Team Leader in AGC- Education. She completed her Bachelor's degree in English language and literature. She has also earned Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications and a Diploma in Maria Montessori Teacher Training. Chithra has a work experience of more than 15 years in various sectors in India, Qatar, and Bahrain. She is passionate about her sales and marketing career and is good at customer relations and satisfaction.
